What is your market doing?
What market are you in? Here in the Tri-Cities, WA ( Richland, Pasco, Kennewick) the market has stayed pretty healthy. We have had a .2% increase in the median home price over last quarter. We are seeing more foreclosures but we still have a normal supply of homes on the market.

hello there well the market this month and last month for us is kinda tough.the weather wont allow us to find more prospect.hopefully by next month or so it will be back to normal.
