Hello from Destin, Fl

[Destin Real Estate]

I just wanted to introduce myself really quickly. I just ran across this site tonight and it seems to be one of the most informative Real Estate websites I have ever seen. It's always great to have a place where Realtors can get together and share ideas.

I am a full time Realtor in Destin, Fl. I work mostly with out of state buyers and the Internet has helped my business to boom. I got in the industry in the middle of 2005 when the market had already begun it's downward descent. I think it really helped me to be successful because I was forced to work everyday as others were talking about the good ole days. I have attacked foreclosures this year with the glut of them coming onto the market in this area.

I guess my advice to new Realtors would be to work hard and think outside of the box. Look at areas where less people are focused. In my 2nd full year in Real Estate I am at $12,000,000 in sales as of today. My goal is to break $17,000,000 for the year and I think it is very obtainable.

I really look to become more savvy about website promotion and SEO as it is obviously the future of Real Estate marketing.
