Writer Looking to Stay on Top of R.E. Industry

Hello!
I'm a former REALTOR who now writes...my specialty of course is writing for the real estate mortgage and credit industries (surprise, surprise!). And a large number of my projects involve ghostwriting books (ebooks and print) for busy professionals in the industry who want to establish their expertise in the field.

I like to stay on top of the industry and see what's on the minds of those who are active...so here I am!

Do you have E Books You want to promote or just write as a hobby?

I don't promote the ebooks I ghostwrite due to the non disclosure agmt I always give my clients (most ebooks are freebies to their clients...though it doesn't matter if they sell or giveaway the book since they want to be seen as the author...so if I were to promote any books it would beg the question as to who the author of the work actually is).

But I am working on a series of ebooks that I will hold all rights to and will promote/sell because I have seen a lack of them within a particular niche and I have personal experience to weave throughout the ebooks. Those should be done in the coming weeks. I'm pretty excited about it, actually!
