Hello all!

My name is Catrina. I'm a mama, a wife, and a writer. We are in the process of moving to Louisiana, and I'm excited about it. I have two wonderful children, and a good husband. All of whom I'm very proud of.

I've been a writer now for 2 years, but even more interesting to you is the fact that I'm looking forward to our first home purchase. As we prepare for our move, I have to wonder how my self employment will effect our loan process, amongst other things. My husband works for a big hotel chain, and we're going to have enough income w/ his alone that we can purchase a nice enough home, but w/ both of us it would mean a larger home. Basically, I'm looking forward to learning from all of you!
