Hi all, my name is Bob. I have been a mortgage broker since 1991. While I am still passionate about real estate and do not plan to leave, I have spent 6 months searching for other business opportunities. Incredible the number of scams out there! I did find one opportunity that works however. I do find it interesting that 48% of the members of the Internet Dream Machine have come from some part of the real estate business. Reflective of the times we are in I guess!
