Hello REF members!

I am a new guy here. I want to begin investing in real estate as soon as possible, but I only make $700/month and I'm 18. I want to get involved with rental real estate, but I need to learn the ins and outs of it. I love the thrill and excitement of learning new things, reading about how to make my first investment absolutely amazing. I go to school in Colorado Springs, the Air Force Academy. It's tough. But I enjoy it, so if I can handle the Academy, I KNOW I can handle real estate

If anyone has any words of advice for getting into real estate investing, either reply to the thread or PM me
