I just graduated from California State University Northridge (was a big deal for me; I took a break and swore I'd never go back). Let's see what else... I am ambitious and I've run my own website design, development and marketing firm since 2000 (although I began creating websites in 1999; I'm self taught).

I enjoy participating in philanthropic activities (usually headed by my church), but I also enjoy time to myself whether it be taking photos at the beach, taking a hike, or just relaxing in my backyard.

I've registered at this forum because I helped create iHomeConnect.com as an easy way for people to post any kind of housing-related ad and connect on a community level. I think it could help increase visibility for real estate professionals and their listings. That said, iHomeConnect is completely free. I hope you like it!

What about the 39 Million Customers available to you north of the 49th parallel?

You have a point. It would require some large modifications to the database and search functionality which is a bit much right now, but I'll definitely keep it in mind for the future.
