Why Can't I pass The Exam!?!?!?!?
Hello!
I am so frustrated with this. I can't pass the final exam in the real estate school and therefore cant take the state exam. I am VERY competent in the course material and know it all pretty much inside out. I know i'm not an idiot because i just graduated college with a triple major in business and was always a top student in my classes. What am i doing wrong? It's so frustrating that I am seriously out of ideas on what to do! HELP!
Any suggestions?
(I live in Charlotte, NC)

Welcome to the real world where our actions determine our fate. College has a built in safety net whereas life doesn't. This tends to cause what is commonly known as pressure.
Pressure can destroy you or make you stronger. Learn to feed off of pressure and you will be successful in real estate. Let pressure get the better of you and you may as well start looking for a 9-5 job.Your Outer Banks real estate agent. Learn how to buy Outer Banks foreclosures.

You didn't tell the reason why the school won't you let pass the test. Is there something we don't know? Is your background clean for example?
Ask why and fix it, that's all...

Chill
Guys leave the girl alone. "College has a safety net"...."feed off the pressure" Are you serious? Hey here's some advice; study a little more, just like you did in college, and then take the test again. Try that.
