    Default Hello everyone from Milford CT

    My name is Joe I am a licensed Real Estate agent in Milford, CT.
    I am a lifelong resident of Milford. I started in real estate by remodeling my first home which then turned into helping friends and family remodel their homes until finally I decided I should use all the knowledge I have acquired to help other people buy homes. I consider myself a buyers agent (In CT the buyer does not pay the Realtor the proceeds come from the seller at the time of closing) I like to find properties that work for my client. Some want fixer uppers others want move in condition and everything in between. I am having a lot of fun and in the process helping a lot of people make better decisions while purchasing a home.
