Hello everyone...my name is Donelle. I worked for Professional HOA Consultants in San Diego. It's a property management company here in SD. Just wanted to see what this place was all about and chat with other people in this same realm.

Hello Donelle, and welcome to the forum. Its good to see someone here who deals with property management. You dont se a lot of PMs on to many forums and its good to have you here.

I hope you will continue to visit the real estate forum, as some of us could probably use some of the knowledge you could offer our members and even some of us Realtors may be able to learn a thing or two from you about property management. Please feel free to browse around the forum and let anyone of us know if there is anything we can do for you.

Not to sound like a salesman but this real estate forum will be like no other, we are looking to make this as friendly for real estate agents as possible. If you have any suggestions on something you would like to see please share it with us.
