My name is Bob Archer and I buy owner financed notes anywhere and I make residential loans in OH and commercial loans in all states.

By offering owner financing when selling, you attract buyers who can't get loans but have cash and income. You keep the down pmt and I pay up to 90% of the balance for the future pmts.
