Lol I love it! Don't they have Camels at the National Zoo? Speaking of area and animals, this commercial market is still more bull than bear, thankfully, of course, however, doing well precludes moving out of area, which, yes, I am at a point where I've had about enough of the rat-race that is DC. I do have a couple rentals in Alexandria, and love Old Town, and being in Bethesda, things aren't quite so hectic as life on the hill. Still, Texas is quite a move. I hear everything is bigger in Texas. Like Ross Perot's Ears. Good luck with everything out there, and best of luck with the Camel
