    Default Full Time real-estate Investor

    Hello everyone,
    I currently invested in an C-class apartment complex in Houston Texas and had great success. I worked with HSB investments out of San Diego california that rehabbed and rented and managed over 100 single family homes in San Diego. They had completed 4 apartment complex's in the Houston Area before I invested. All four of them were completely refurbished and are now positive cash flow properties. We are currently looking for Investors in the southern california area, willing to invest in apartments. Please contact me if interested and I will send you further information.

    Well, first, welcome to the forum. What % return are you expecting on the apartments? What is the minimum investment? Is there a cap on how much an individual can invest? Proven track record?
