I just joined several days ago and look forward to meeting agents from different parts of the country. One of my early office managers relocated to Florida a couple years ago and is managing a Coldwell Banker office... I've not yet been down to visit!

slow summer but if priced right, properties do sell.
I've already closed 2 and have one under contract for this year.
I am only listing IF things are priced aggressively.
