I'm a residential Certified Appraiser/Property Manager and my husband is a Certified Appraiser working on his brokers license. We live in an REO driven market and are riding this wave into the next cycle, getting ready for the big REO surge to hit this winter. I joined in the RE Forum for industry news and the market buzz.
