Hi.

I'm looking for a good deal on a small house or an apartment. My salary is about 60k a year and 25k in some investment. A wrong or a bad deal is not acceptable due of my low income and as a result Im trying to learn as much as possible about RE.

I don't rush with my own property but would like to look at some good leads.
