hello
Hi Friends! I just got an interview with Century 21! Kinda nervous and I don't know what they expect. The position is for an agent position. Would love some insight.
Best,

Hi Donald,

I think you should go to the interview prepared with a bit of background on them from maybe searches on the internet or from members here that have been there and know.
Anyway i wish you luck

Century 21
Hi Donald,
My best advice to you is to interview with many companies and see which is the best fit for you. If you are a new agent, training and support is extremely important. Also, be sure to read all contracts very carefully and watch out for non-compete clauses, be aware of how the commission structure works, and don't feel pressured to sign without time to review it.
Keep in mind that many of the franchise type brokerage companies like Century 21 are only as good as the manager running that particular location. Find a company and manager that works for you.
Good luck.
