hello seeking advice......
My name is Kevin and I'm not a real estate professional but am looking for advice on selling a high end home that needs some rehab. I am a professional wall street trader so I know the value of market sentiment and also the value of seeking advice from the people that know the business. From what I can tell from this forum there is a lot of knowledgeable people sharing all kinds of ideas. I understand the rules of the forum and so I can't post the website of the home I'm referring to but I guess it's in my profile. And advice would be welcome.
