Hello from the southeast. My name is Matt and I'm a web designer / programmer / Internet junky from a little town called Calera, Alabama.

I joined this forum because I have a few big real estate clients and a fairly solid solution for much of what the social real estate community is looking for.

I have a few sites using the MLS IDX feed integrated into our custom built lead generation system.

hello there and welcome to the forum telling you honestly no one can guarantee you to be number one on google or always on top as google uses different algos and changes happens from time to time.
