Hi, my name is Robert, I have been reading several books on real estate investing and feel I am ready to take the next step. I am a father of 5 boys and as you can imagine, it gets kind of expensive. I find myself having the feeling I need to be there for them. I would love any help in my success and will do what I can to help other succeed as well. I would like to start with Pre-Forclosure investing, I feel I would have the best bet there. I like how forclosures.com's system works.


I am very excited to be a member of this forum and expect to learn alot from everyone.
