Hi all, my name is Chris and I just graduated from Pepperdine University in '07. I've been saving up this past year while running an online business in order to buy a house as a partial investment. ..Looks like this is a good time to do so. I am here to hopefully gather a LOT of good home buying advice. My leap into the real estate market is going to happen in about 6 months!! Wish me luck

Credit turmoil and the fear that the media has induced has laid the foundation for the best buyers market since the S&L crisis.
