I am new to the board and looking to aquire partnerships and Investors both Internationally and Domestically to invest in residential wholesale deals In the Atlanta Metropolitan Area. Prices in the area are at or near the bottom. Atlanta Real Estate is considered good investment due to population growth projections , job growth, and diverse economy.

I look forward to making some great relationships.

Welcome to the Real Estate Forum, looks like the US market could be near bottom, maybe getting the time to position yourself ready for the rebound !

The market is getting exciting and houses in some parts of Atlanta are becoming cheaper than cars. This is the same senario in places like Detroit, but Atlanta is definitely different, because of the population boom. More than 100K people move to the Metro Atlanta area anually.
