PRESIDENTIAL SUITE Membership requires 100 post to this forum 10 *referrals to this forum.

PENTHOUSE Membership requires 200 post to this forum 20 *referrals to this forum.

Please let me know what are the benifits of Presidential and Penthouse Membership.

That may motivate me get there.

And what is the easy way to send referrals.

if we put a banner on my site, they may come and join, but don't know that they need to add my info.
How to handle that.

Interesting idea but there is not much at the lower level to keep any interest for people that are experienced in real estate, blogging and forums. May want to consider some additional topics.

I agree that forums are always a best place to learn new things, share ideas and build community and there is always a day when someone post his/her 1st post but if he/she continues..... PENTHOUSE is not far away
