buying in the United States
Hi
My name is Nigel Kibel. I spent most of my time working in San Antonio in 2006. I am currently based in Australia.
My objective was to establish an investment company in the United States, however with the sub prime issues was timeing was a little off. I am hoping to return to the United States on a buying trip later this year. I am currently seeking partners in the Unites States that would like to firstly assist me in sourcing properties for Australian and New Zealand Investors and then with a further view to establishing an investment company within the United States.Regards
Nigel Kibel

That is really a nice plan. Anyway if you have time come visit Miami there are a lot of hidden gems out here. Wish you the best in your plans.

Good luck with your venture for buying. Where do you intend to buy at? Are you looking for just Texas or are you looking all around the USA? Also, what typical investments are you looking for?

Make sure to establish a US company first, like a LLC or other.
The USA are not open for business like in the past for foreigners. Foreigner myself and dealing a lot with foreigners, once they enter an embassy for paperworks, they are ter****ists untill proven the contrary.
So, I suggest to go behind a LLC, buy behind the LLC, pay taxes with the LLC and do everything with the LLC. This will make you life much easier.
I had a customer buying a new business and create 7 full time US citizens employees and he couldn't get the proper authorization for 14 months. He made an LLC, he got them in 2 month at the embassy.
US are closing the doors and Europe are opening them.
In Spain, it's already the third american I see as immigrant in my little city.
The immigratory path is changing...People go where opportunities knock...
