We have plenty of rain here so I'll do my magic rain dance and send you guys a little bit. I wouldn't mind a little warmer ocean so maybe we can negotiate a trade off? haha...As for the Buyer? Well, if I have any that decide to move to Florida I'll look you up. I don't think I have any heading out that way currently. But you never know!

No rain here at the moment so maybe it's on it's way over to you!.... buyers are out there for us here but very quiet generally, you just need to price it right to get the voltures interested and there's always someone waiting for a deal.
