Just graduating college here at Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo with a degree in Construction Management with a Minor in Business. I will be working for the Hanover Company (a developer) in the Bay Area upon graduation, but my hope is to soon become a full time real estate investor/developer.

Welcome to the forum and good luck... I also have a background in construction and am a Realtor and general contractor. I've heard that Cal Poly has a good program. You will probably need some patience to go full time with investing in the bay area, unless you know some people with really deep pockets, because the cost of entry there is fairly out of control.
