Introduction to all Members

Hi,

My name is Wallace Hobbs, and I currenlty reside in the suburbs of
Philadelphia with my beautiful wife. I am a former Army Vet of over
19 years. I enjoy working out in the Gym, Travel, Fishing, Biking, surfing the net, Texas Holdem, and most of all Real Estate!

I have been a full time Real Estate Investor for over 5 years and pratice
the Buy and Hold method of Real Estate. I am currently buying all the
best properties that I can all over the USA and adding to my portfolio.

I am also a student advisor for a top notch Real Estate Investing School
now for over 4 yrs that not only got me going on the right track but has
help many others as well.

For those who don't already know me I started and moderate the largest Private Real Estate Investing Group on the number 3 Alexa Ranked site in
the whole world (My Space) with just over 23,000 members. It takes up a lot of my Free time.

Also about 3 months ago I started my own Private Millionaire Real Estate Group that is very small and in beta testing. I Call it my passion at this point. It is just a way for me to bring active investors together to network to pass along great deals and network and to Give back to a business that has been so great to me and my family.

I am here on Real Estate Forum, because I am a sponge and love to network and want to learn all I can from people more experienced than I am in Real Estate (should be a lot of those here). I will also try to help out all I can with my experiences in Real Estate Investing as well.
