Hi, malikiqbal, Welcome to the real estate forum. Nice to have you here.

How is the real estate market in your area and Kansas City ?

    Hi,

As you know market is slow overall including KC but golden time for investors to buy some rentals. I don't know if you are familiar with KC market we can buy homes as low as $3000. I have investors who are buying rental homes and making a good cash flow. Take care

    Default Hola from Spain

    Hi malikiqbal,
Welcome to the Real Estate Forum, it's good to have you aboard, those 3,000 dollar properties sound a steal ....what do you get for your 3,000 in KC ?
Good luck out there and be careful
