    Default I'm new but I'm willing to learn.

    I have recently started being in the Real Estate business, I finally passed the test and now I'm licensed. I'm new at all of this, but I'm here to learn. If I say something stupid or something that doesn't make sense, pardon it.... I mean well... or at least I think I do...
