Newbie from Bellingam WA
Hello everyone I recently found this forum a little bit ago. I am a real estate agent with RE/MAX Whatcom County and have been in the business since 2005. I hope to learn a lot and contribute on topics when I can.

Thank you guys, the market in Bellingham is actually pretty good. Bellingham keeps landing on all the top 10 best places to live. Were like a little shock wave off of Seattle. We have constant flow of people moving here. Our economy is strong unemployment is lower then average. Things are good not as hot as it was a few years ago but were still slowing climbing.
