Hello everyone.

I'm a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser, self-employed working in NW area of state near Bellingham/Mount Baker. Cover 4 counties, 35 ZIP Codes. Lived here for 30+ years, 7 years as an appraiser.

Found this forum earlier today. Will enjoy discussing various RE issues, especially from an appraisal perspective. Hopefully I can learn 'new stuff' from y'all also!

I want to remain somewhat 'hidden' for the time being, but can be reached via this forum if anyone wants to yak privately.

Welcome to the forum... seems like the last year has been pretty rough for appraisers in some markets. Although from what I hear Washington is still one of the strongest markets in the country so it's probably not too bad
