Attorney looking for distressed land deals

I am an attorney for a small firm that specializes in helping buyers and lenders restructure distressed land deals. Does anyone on this board know of any individuals or groups that require such assistance? We have particular expertise in large property restructuring deals, but would definitely be interested in smaller deals as well.
