    Question If you could have ANY help selling, what would it be?

    If you could have any type of marketing/advertising tool to help you sell homes, what would it be? Even if it doesn't exist yet- what do you wish was out there to help you out?

    I think it'll be helpful to get a tool that you can input the info of your home and then it'll be automatically distributed by a firm or realtors so that you can get more coverage for your home. just a thought.
