    Default Dallas Texas, Sam Willson

    Hey Everyone,

I used to be a Real Estate Agent in Utah.

However added another license and am a Mortgage Broker. I recently moved to Dallas Texas.

My brothers and I own Renoak Mortgage. www(dot)renoak(dot)com

I am eager to meet new people and learn about real estate opportunities in the North Dallas market.

    Please give me a call.

    Best Regards,
    Sam Willson

What have you learned about the market there is Dallas? I am also in Utah and am wondering about different market places.

    Well,

There are areas of large growth... like Mckinney. Alot of new home being built were sold. However it is slowing, houses tend to stay on the market a long time, prices are holding well, not significant growth, not significant decline. I think there are too many homes in the market. Lending guidelines have become tighter = less buyers. Really nice homes here are cheaper for sure. Utah's market is going to be slumping hard soon, and i'm sure you might even be seeing signs of it happening, or about to happen. I was fortunate enough to be there during the boom utah had.

What are your plans for Dallas?
