    Hello. I am in the process of trying to sell my home. I think I picked worst imaginable time to enter the market but oh well, what can you do?

    Actually the market is begining to turn in Southern California so I think that you have passed the worst of it. Get an appraisal and keep you head up to see what opportunities are out there.
    List as many properties for sale for free and help us get our website off to a quick start.

    Instead of selling, you could consider a lease-option, that is, lease with the option to purchase. As long as the rent could cover your mortgage payment, this could be one of your exit strategies.
