hey from nyc
Hi..I am an aspiring real estate agent at the moment and I was just hired by a company called All Nations Realty. My job title is assistant manager.I will have to generate leads for the company in which I will receive a commission.I am actually looking to work for a well known brokerage firm after I take the state test. Before I do that I will need to be sponsored by a broker and that is where this company comes in. This agency is in NY but sells lots and homes in FL.They also have their own developers as well as their own banks for easier transactions.I joined this forum as well as others to get a head start on the game..I am still training with them at the moment. It doesnt stop there though.I plan on researching researching and more researching to really make this work. I am currently just getting familiar with the properties for sale so I will have a good grasp on what to tell clients about this opportunity.
Once I reach 3 sales then I can take the course,be sponsored for my license and just gain as much knowledge as possible. You get out of life what you put into it and I plan on devoting all that I have to this business.Even though my family thinks its not good because there is no base salary. With that said ,I know it wont be easy but Rome wasnt built in a day.I have the mindset, enthusiasm and positive attitude to make this work.
Have A Nice Day
Kevin
