    Default Scientist in Colorado

    Hello Folks:

    I am involved in real estate from a very different perspective. I am a scientist who is frequently called in to assess health and environmental hazards; more typically to debunk silly nonsense; such as debunking claims of “toxic mould” in homes (there is no such thing as toxic mould.)

    We get involved in scientific issues surrounding radon, high tension power lines, Bacteria, chemicals, methlabs (and other illegal drug activities), and similar issues.

    My posts may seem contentious only to the extent that a lot of the factual information I will freely give to those who ask, may go against the popular myths that so many real estate personnel seem to accept without question.
