Rigtht now FHA is a big thing due to the fact that they can go down to very low credit scores and still offer conforming interest rates. FHA also goes up to 97% LTV meaning that when you do sell a home that buyer with not so perfect credit only needs to put down 3% and still get a low interest rate.
