Hi and thanks for the welcome.

Business is actually pretty good for me. It is starting to wind down a little bit, warmer weather is setting in and a few less people are making their way down. Typical for this time of year.

But overall the market is strong and steady. I think a big contrast to what is going on in the US right now.

greetings! los cabos is a random place...although i guess that pretty much sums up most sites often visited by Americans. i've got a few close friends that were there for a bit and have recently moved to La Paz.

Can you go into more detail about the local market in Cabo? is it still initial contract on new-build condos? or has real value been created by resales? it's been a year+ since I was up on the market there.

    cheers.

Welcome to the forum. I know absolutely nothing about real estate in Mexico. What kind of price ranges are the properties there? And what kind of rents would one get from Mexican real estate. I don't think I will ever be able to invest there but I love to know about real estate markets around the world.

    Hello Cabodawn!

What a great place to be in - Los Cabos? The place is so beautiful and the market is growing. We have been very interested in that region and have been offering fractional ownership, which has been growing in popularity in the US. We love Los Cabos and will do more business there.
