A lot of properties for sale, prices dropping. I was able to get a bank owned property for 25% less than what I looked at it at last month. I dont know if that is a good sign or if it is going to drop more. It will make a great rental in the short term.

Welcome... from what I've heard Ohio has some of the best cashflowing properties in the country for buy and hold investors. Seems like it would be a great place to be a real estate investor.
