New to forum
Hello...
My name is Michael, I am a REALTOR and Real Estate Technology Trainer in the Dallas, Fort Worth area. I have been in the R.E. industry in different capacities for the last tem years.
I normally participate in technology-related forums, but being a REALTOR I decided my skills would be better utilized in a real estate forum.
My areas of expertise are: web development & Internet marketing, SEO, MLS support and Microsoft Office.
Currently, I am working on an MLS Toolbar project where I design Internet toolbars for REALTORS. The toolbars have direct links to various real estate related programs and links, depending on the area.
I look forward to working with all of you on the forum and feel we can all learn from each other.
Michael

riverviewrichie,
It is a toolbar that users add to their Internet browser (IE or FF) and it contains links to programs and such. I have not made one for your area, but let me know and I can put one together.
I am too new to post a link in a message, however it is in my profile or I bet you can figure it out if I tell you the link: www . mlstoolbars . com.
Let me know what you think.
Michael

Michael, great to have you aboard. A RE professional in today's markets would be foolish not to leverage the power of technology, so you are holding some pretty strong cards there with your experience! Look forward to learning some new ways to use technology, as I always like to be on the cutting edge.

Not exactly...the toolbar contains program links and resources that are specific to the area., like Austin, San Diego, etc. You nac check it out at http://www.mlstoolbars.com. Let me know what you think.
Back to the bookmarking, I can add that feature, however it would have to be through a third party like Google.
Thanks, Michael

Thank you.
We have been very fortunate in Texas, especially in the DFW area. The market is definately down, but not out. In fact the last few months it actually appears to be doing quite well compared to some other markets.
