Thanks for the welcome! not sure what the problem is with picture, but may have something to do with number of posts. I also just noticed you have to post 15 in order for sig to show up as well.

Welcome Dallas! I'm actually doing a waterfront deal on a nearby lake 70 miles Southeast of Dallas...would love to exchange some ideas on that marketplace as a whole. What kind of RE do you list?
Anyways, welcome aboard! (I'm new too!)-Waterfront Guy

I am the broker for DFW Urban Realty and have agents that work in both commercial and residential including lake front homes. In fact, i'm in process of creating 20+ new websites centered around lakes in dfw area. site will be dfwlakefrontrealestate.com. What lake is your property on?

Hi Dallasbroker,
Welcome! I too am also new to this forum. I used to read the website when I was an agent in Utah.
However, I'm new to Dallas and decided to use this as a tool to meet new people in the area.
My brothers and I own Renoak Mortgage. www . renoak . com
and I am eager to learn of the Real Estate deals here.
Please give me a call.

I have heard that the market in Dallas is still very strong especially for investors. Could you help me to understand your market a little better?
