Hello RealEstateForum.com members,

My name is Chris. I am a real estate investor from northern Ohio in the Akron/Canton area.

I have several areas of interest, real estate being first and foremost, but some of my other passions are alternative energy, sustainable building, improvement of business process through the use of high technology in the workplace, RFID, Data and Database warehousing, web development, on and on it goes.

I have a day job as a data management consultant with a tech firm, but honestly real estate occupies my mind at all hours of the day.

My main purpose for posting here is to generate and forge international investment partnerships short and long term, in the specific areas of emerging market real estate development for commercial and residential use.
