    Default Hello, hello.

I am from Canada; Windsor Ontario to be exact. I am looking into getting into real estate investing and am trying to get as much information as a possible can before I begin my venture. I came across this forum and it looks like it has alot of information that will be useful. Hopefully it wont all pertain to the US. Are there any Canadians that use this forum? Also if anyone could give some helpful advice, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I'm not sure how the market is in Canada, but my advice would be to be carefull until the market begins to come back.

    Default Great Place To Invest

The Temecula area in Riverside County, Ca is a great place to invest right now. Houses that were around $500,000 are now below $300,000. I was amazed when I went back for a visit, last month, and they are still building.
