    Default Hello from Minneapolis

    Hello all,

Nice to meet everyone here. We specialize in selling and buying condos in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The condo market in general is slow and our Minneapolis area is no exception.

Love to find out how everyone else is doing and what creative ways you have to find clients or market your properties.

    Thanks and see you around,

Hello and welcome to the forum. Use to work in Bloomington in a different field of work...loved MN but hated the cold. Still have family up there so I have to venture back every now and then.

Thanks! I agree about the cold. When it gets -20, no one cares about buying or selling. The winter season is bad for real estate folks.

    Default Welcome

Hello Minneapolis, welcome to the forum. There is not alot of anything going on right now, I think most everyone in real estate is slow, but as we know it is just a season and hopefully it will be over soon.

Hello and welcome to the forum from Tampa, FL! I grew up in Richfield/ Bloomington area. Miss MN, most of my family is there, I only visit in the spring and fall. The condo market here in the Tampa area is kind of slow, although there are some areas that are doing pretty well. See you around the forum!
