Hello everyone,

I just wanted to take this time out to introduce myself. My name is Ashley, I'm 21 years old, and i'm very interested in getting into the real estate business. Someone told me something the i will never forget, and that is a sure way to become WEALTHY is by owning land and getting into real estate. He told me there is a diffence between having RICHES and having WEALTH. RICHES go away, and WEALTH doesn't. WEALTH can be used to create RICHES, but my aim should be focused on building wealth and real estate is where it is at! That stuck with me and i feel like i'm 21 and i want to retire at an early age. I'm new to the whole real estate business. I'm doing my research now and i think i'll start as a property locator for now, learning how to assess properties and so forth and then move on to the bigger fish to fry. I'm just trying to get my feet wet in the business. If there is anyone in the Tampa Bay area or any area that i could work with to give me advice and help me along the way, i would greatly appreciate it. Thank you
