New Guy!

Hi everyone, new to the forum and wanted to introduce myself. My name is Jared and 2007 was my first year of full time real estate investing. I have flipped 9 houses total in the last few years and look to hit double digits in 2008. I am also about to start a WE BUY HOUSES campaign starting tomorrow. My wife is a licensed agent and my partner in business and life!

I also started my own real estate community as you can see in my signature.

Hello and welcome to the forum...flipping homes can be very profitable if you do it right and quick and it sounds like you are doing well for yourself.

Jared, welcome to the forum. I'm also relatively new here. Great to see we have some more real estate investors on board. I always find I learn a tremendous amount from investors.

Also, liking your forum. I'll have to check it out sometime.
