Hi All,

My name is Norine Peardon and I enjoy writing. Recently, a young man I am acquainted with revealed that he was looking to buy his first house. It occured to me that a short time ago, I was faced with this dilema. However, I had been looking for 14 years and managed to gain some knowledge on what to look for during those years. In light of the situation, I decided to write a paper dedicated to the first-time home buyer. There is not much information available from a neutral party with no other goal than to help. The guide has 17 points that a potential first-time home buyer can use to evaluate each property visited in their search for the property they would be most happy with. It is packed with questions and information to assist the first-time home buyer.
