Hello, My name is Jonathan, I am 23 years old. I am a Supply Specialist and a two-time combat Vet, and am exiting the Army soon. Pursuing various job opportunities (relationship management, retail management, project management, logistic specialist so on and so forth) I own a great house and car and am married with a daughter. I suppose I am highly interested in Real Estate Investment and development. I am reading up on it and am looking into buying a condo. I do not plan to flip, I am interested in cashflow. Alternatively I also read up on personal finance. I am pursuing a degree in business management (most likely marketing or production/operations) and will take accounting and business laws on the side early on. Im glad to be here to learn as much as I possibly can and to enrich the experience of the Real Estate Forum!

Hey Jonathan,

My situation is similar to yours (although I am not a Vet, I appreciate your service to our country), being young and trying to break into an industry. I have been investigating social networking sites because I think they can open up some great opportunities.

I actually found a website called realestate.konnects.com that I think will turn out to be a great resource to me. I ask a lot of questions of the other members on the site because most of them have a lot more real estate and business experience than I do. I think that technology will have more impact on business in the future than it does now and I want to take advantage of that.
