Hello to all, my name is Adwa, I am 16 years old and I want to be a real estate developer/investor; I've read all real estate books there is and all real estate developer's biography but I would still like to get acqauinted with real estate investors out there

I think it is great that you are teaching yourself at such a young age. I'm sure you will find the information you are looking for and if you have any questions just post them and you will get a lot of feed back.

Krolfe, I see you're a fixer-upper? I do have a question regarding that matter; my question is when I apply for a mortgage to buy a run-down ugly home to renovate and sell, how do I make the monthly mortgage payments if I still wasn't done with the house?
And also regarding mortgages, what's the best type of mortgages for the renovating homes strategy?
